Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and grafikui.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Web Design Services

For web design services, an initial payment of 50% of the expected project cost is required upon the completion of the initial agreement and home page design. The remaining balance is due upon full website completion.

If you cancel during the project, you will be charged for any completed work based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.

grafikui.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if you fail to comply with these terms or if outstanding fees remain unpaid.

2. UI/UX Design Services

UI/UX design services follow the same payment, cancellation, and termination principles as web design projects.

3. Logo Design Services

Logo design services require an upfront deposit and final payment upon delivery of the approved design.

4. Hosting and Domain Support

Hosting and domain services are billed separately. Failure to keep payments up to date may result in suspension of service.

5. General Terms

Additional work beyond the allocated time will be billed at GrafikUi’s standard hourly rate.

grafikui.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any services at its discretion, with or without notice.

These terms are subject to change. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
